1) Apartment Flat - from EUR 20 per person / night
for 2 - 4 persons, sharing a bathroom with a shower and a bath tub, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV.
‘The Flat’ consists of two rooms, the bathroom and a common area, where you have an ‘american’ kitchen, enough space to hang out and a huge terrace with a nice view. A small lift helps to get into the 4th floor. There are 4 separate beds in the two bedrooms, if you want to stay there with more than 4 persons you can use the sleeping couches in the main room, which is possible on request and intended for famiies with kids..
For a couple or a group of party people it's great, if you want to stay here for a few days or even weeks it will be your new home. Please ask for weekly rates starting from 700 €.
2) Apartment XL - from EUR 15 per person / night
In two seperate rooms we put 8 beds, 4 each - no bunks. Two modern showers and two seperated toilets, each with a washbasin form the bathroom for the ‘apartment’. There is also one common room with a kitchenette and self-catering facilities shared between the two rooms.
Free lockers will keep your valuables safe.
For families or small groups of 6 - 8 persons the ‘apartment’ is just perfect.
3) Apartment XXL - from EUR 15 per person / night
n 3 rooms we put 3 and 4 beds for 8 - 10 persons. One bathroom comes with shower and bathtub and another bath with just a shower. There is a kitchen in the middle which caters as a living room as well.
The lift and a big balcony complete this offer for small groups or larger families.
4) Apartment - garden - from EUR 15 per person / night
The garden apartment is on the ground floor - with a garden for 4 - 6 persons, sharing a bathroom with a shower and a bath tub, additional WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a TV. Apartment Garden consists of two rooms, the bathrooms and a common area, where you have an open kitchen, enough space to hang out and a small terrace connected to the huge garden. There are 5 beds in the two bedrooms, and another one in the main room.
For a group of up to 6 party people or a small family it's great. In the summer you can use the grill outside!! Weekly rates on request, starting from 700 €
5) Twin room - from EUR 20 per person / night
Double room, shared showers. The rooms are nice and clean with a table and chairs. Bathrooms are on the floor about 5 m away.
5) Triple room - from EUR 15 per person / night
Triple room, shared showers. Three single beds (no bunks) in a kind of private room, a table and chairs. Bathrooms with separated showers are on the floor.
6) Quad room - from EUR 15 per person / night
Quad or 4-bed-room, shared showers. Four beds (partly bunks) in one room, normally rented as mixed dorm with table and chairs. Bathrooms with separatly lockable showers are on the floor.
7) 6-bed room - from EUR 12 per person / night
Shared showers. Mixed dorm with 6 beds (partly bunks), normally rented as mixed dorm, but on request also available as girls-dorm. Bathrooms with separate showers are on the floor.
8) 6-bed room - from EUR 10 per person / night
Big Dorm, shared showers. 12 beds in one room... meet people and sleep cheap - our budget dorm!
