APARTMENTS AND HOTELS

Astra Reality charges 10 - 15 % from the total amount for confirmed accommodation from client´s credit card or the amount can be sent via bank or paid in cash in our office in Prague. This is a non-refundable fee and in case of cancellation Astra Reality does not return the amount.

As a guarantee Astra Reality always takes a credit card guarantee which in case of a late cancellation or no show will be charged for the first night of the accommodation.

BANK TRANSFER - as we can check our bank statement by e-banking it is enough to make a sign that you have already transferred the 1st night amount and according to it we will confirm your fix reservation within 24 hours.

CREDIT CARD IN ADVANCE - if you prefer to pay everything in advance you can pay by Credit Card but unfortunately we have to add 3% administration fee. We will charge the final amount of your accommodation and send you the Voucher which proves your fix reservation in the hotel.

BANK TRANSFER - if you prefer to pay everything in advance you can pay by Bank Transfer as well, but unfortunately we have to add 1,5% administration fee. As we can check our bank statement by e-banking it is enought to make a sign that you have already transferred the amount and according to it we will confirm your fix reservation within 24 hours and send you the Voucher which proves your fix reservation in the hotel.
